1. Who these terms are with

The site is operated by Al Darwish for Foods, Beverages and Restaurant & Cafe Management, trading as Bouchée. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.

2. Using this website

You may use this site for your own personal or business enquiries. You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or disrupt it;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its systems that is not made available to you;
• copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• submit content through our forms that is false, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice — for example while we carry out maintenance.

3. Feedback and job applications

When you submit our feedback or careers form you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

Submitting a job application does not create an employment relationship and is not an offer of employment. We are not obliged to respond to every application, and we may keep your application on file for future openings as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us an idea, suggestion or comment about our products, you agree that we may use it in running and improving our business without owing you any payment or acknowledgement. This does not affect your rights over anything you already own.

4. Menu, availability and prices

We work to keep the menu, product descriptions and prices on this site accurate, but they are provided for information and may change without notice. Availability varies by branch and by day.

Product descriptions and allergen information are given in good faith, but our products are made in kitchens that handle nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of them. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, speak to our staff before ordering.

5. Orders

This website is not itself a checkout. Where you place an order with us — in a branch, by phone, or through an ordering or delivery service we work with — that order is subject to the terms that apply at the point of sale, and to the terms of the ordering or delivery service where one is involved.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site — including its text, photography, design, logos and the Bouchée name — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

This site may link to services we do not control, such as social media platforms, map providers or delivery partners. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

8. Our responsibility

We provide this site with reasonable care, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Egyptian law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
